Estimated Time of Arrival appears on the sales order and is the date inventory arrives to the port. Backorders will be filled within 7-21 business days of the arrival date of a shipment. Backorders will be shipped as available without notice.

Orders are processed upon payment. Payment reserves inventory for your order. Paid orders are placed in the finishing queue. Sales Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Customer must review all details including but not limited to color selection, quantity, bill to and delivery address and drainage hole request. Changes to existing orders (including but not limited to quantity, color or planter style) must be made in writing to [email protected] or faxed to 954-922-3940 and acknowledged and approved by Jay Scotts within 24 hours of payment.
ORDERS:
PAYMENT: Jay Scotts does not offer terms. All orders must be prepaid at the time the order is confirmed. Method of payment: Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card or Echeck with signed authorization. 1.5% discount is offered for payment by Echeck. Signed Credit Card Authorization forms are required for every order. By law, we cannot keep authorizations on file. Custom planter orders require a minimum quantity to order and a non-refundable deposit. Custom colors require a minimum set-up fee of $50.00 in addition to a surcharge per item. Custom color order fees are non-refundable. Returned checks will incur the maximum processing fee as allowed by law.

CUSTOM PLANTER ORDER: Custom planters require a product development design/mold fee. Products developed become the property of Jay Scotts Company unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
DAMAGE: Order MUST BE INSPECTED by the customer AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY and any exceptions or damage noted on the bill of lading. Damage with images must be reported in writing immediately to Customer Service at [email protected] or faxed to 954-922-3940. Photos of any damage, cartons and packing material must be submitted along with our Customer Return Authorization form. RETURN POLICY: Returns acceptable only within 14 days of receipt and no product may be returned to Jay Scotts without written consent. All unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refund or credit. Returns must be in original box with all packing materials. Customer will be assessed original shipping cost and is responsible for pre-paid shipping for returns. Custom Planters and planters with drain holes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Credit for returns is subject to inspection and deemed in good condition by our receiving department. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise credit refunds only. No cash refunds given. RECOMMENDATIONS: Planters are not pre-drilled for drainage. You must specify if drain holes are required. Fiberglass planters should periodically be washed and waxed to maintain their beauty. Consult Jay Scotts Planting Guide for the best outcome.
SHIPPING: Orders are FOB Jay Scotts Company, Dania Beach Florida, unless otherwise noted. Standard orders are curbside delivery only. Lift gates, appointments or any other services may require additional fees or surcharges.
